International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and hold the current position of the Real Estate Staging Association's (RESA) Seattle Chapter Secretary. 

Karen is a dedicated, experienced Staging Professional specializing in New Construction, Premier Properties, Residential Homes amd Condos in the Southwestern Puget Sound Region. Her success is in the creation of a space that is balanced and visually pleasing for both the seller and the new homeowner.

Experience matters; Karen is featured as the Staging Expert/Professional on HGTV segment My House is Worth What? filmed in 2008 and is also featured in issues of Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair and Conde Nast Traveler Magazines.

Karen's eye for design has also opened new avenues for creativity by working with top professional Photographers, Furniture Designers and Furniture Distributors to set-up their photoshoots for their marketing materials. She has also worked with Cinema producers and Set Designers to provide ideas and inventory for their movie sets.

Karen currently resides in the Auburn area with her family and two Shar Pei dogs Lexi & Zoie.
